Spooning

I happened to catch Madison helping feed Daniel the last part of his ice cream on Father's Day. It was so precious - she climbed right up on his lap and started shoveling the ice cream in his mouth!

Vamos Argentina

On Sunday the Argentina national team played Uruguay so we thought it would only be apropriate to dress Madi up for the occasion. If it were not for the pink shoes and pink coat people would have for sure thought she was a boy!

Big Shoes to Fill

Living in a hotel in Argentina for 6 weeks has forced us to be creative. We have played with about everything possible in the room. Madison's favorite "toy" is the plastic container that is supposed to hold ice in the refrigerator except only one tiny part of our fridge is a freezer so even if we made ice there would be no where to keep it frozen so Madison carries all her toys around in it! She has recently become very interested in shoes and laundry - here she is trying on a pair of Daniel's soccer shoes.

La Plata

We took a day trip to the quiet(anything is quiet compared to BA) city of La Plata. Somewhere along the way Madi learned to dance with her arms up in the air! She loved getting out of her stroller to check out the town! The highlight of the trip was sharing a ham and cheese omelette and a chocolate mousse crepe at this amazing restaurant called "Carlito's".

Pooped

Flexibility is a word Madison is learning firsthand this summer. Fortunately she is learning how to sleep just about anywhere!

Walk the Line

After dinner one night at the California Burrito Company (much like Moes or Qdoba in the US - yummy!) the streets were finally quiet enough to let Madison down out of the stroller to do some walking on her own! She loved the freedom!

Looking Good

We decided to take a break from jeans and sweats today and wear a skirt and even tights too! Here is the result.

Taking Cheese Seriously

So Madison has started taking this "say cheese" thing pretty serious - she has gotten a litle too excited about it and now it is hard just to get a normal picture of her!

La La La La

Madison is officially a lover of Elmo. She cannot get close enough! She can even sing and dance to the "la la la" on the theme song!

Stomp

Last week I taught Madison how to stomp to her country music. She has gotten the hang of it and likes to incorporate stomping with hand dancing!

It almost looks like sheis growing hair in this picture - yeahhhhh!!!

Sunday

Madison loves her music box - it's actually a big frgidge magnet but she carries it around and dances to it likes it's a boom box!. She also enjoys the Argentine bath tub in our room where afterwards she gets to dry off with a towel that our sweet maids spray down with this very strong perfume!

Fun in the BA Sun!

We got to visit a park yesterday after Madi watched us play soccer for 2 hours. It was a really beautiful day! Ham and cheese continues to be one of her favorite foods here.

Creeper Sleeper
